The top-of-the-line Diana7 is a state-of-the-art lightweight robot with seven degrees of freedom (joints) and torque sensors integrated into every axis, achieving superior dexterity and extremely high sensitivity.
With a repeatability of ±0.05mm, a payload capacity of 7kg, a maximum reach of 923mm, and precise force control capabilities down to 0.5N, the Diana7 is designed to meet the demands of complex and delicate industrial applications with exceptional precision.
This collaborative robot offers excellent versatility in a wide range of fields, from assembling precision electronic components in the home appliance industry to performing medium-weight tasks in the automotive industry.
Furthermore, its applications are expanding into research fields.Diana7 is used in a wide range of applications, from the pharmaceutical industry to cutting-edge AI and robotics research in academia and industry.
Furthermore, it is equipped with a software interface called "FCI (Franka Control Interface)," which allows researchers to directly access the robot's control algorithms without having to go through abstract software layers or filters.

Product List: Agile Robots

Diana Series (7-axis collaborative robot)

With its 7-axis structure, the Diana7 boasts exceptional dexterity and flexibility. The addition of a seventh axis enables smoother movement, improved obstacle avoidance capabilities, and increased versatility in confined or complex spaces.
With torque sensors mounted on all seven axes, this robot arm boasts one of the highest sensitivity and accuracy levels on the market.
In addition to the Diana7, which has a maximum payload of 7kg, we also offer the Diana3, which has a payload of 3kg.

Thor Series (6-axis collaborative robot)

The Thor series is designed to meet diverse industrial needs, offering unique features tailored to specific applications, along with payload options of 3kg, 7kg, 12kg, and 20kg.
This versatility allows it to deliver superior performance across a wide range of applications, from ultra-precise tasks to high-load tasks.

Franka Research 3 (AI and robotics research platform)

This 7-axis collaborative robot is optimized for AI and next-generation robot control development and is used by top research institutions and universities worldwide.
In addition to top-of-the-line force control using torque sensors built into all joints, it also supports ROS/ROS2 and other systems as standard.
This is a world-standard machine that enables ultra-high-precision real-time control at 1kHz, providing powerful support for cutting-edge robotics research.

Common Core Technologies

Next-generation robot control OS "AgileCore"

AgileCore is a cutting-edge software platform developed by Agile Robots to simplify and accelerate the development, integration, and operation of intelligent automation systems.
AgileCore enables AI adoption without the traditional barriers. Previously, AI deployment required robust computing infrastructure, AI specialists, advanced knowledge of machine learning models, and strong data governance.

AgileCore offers the following features:

  • A pre-built infrastructure that includes all the elements developers need to run, test, and deploy AI applications (runtime, integrated development environment (IDE), inference engine).
  • Machine learning tools and models are readily available. This eliminates the need for users to train their own models from scratch.
  • A visual and modular tool for applying AI with minimal code or natural language commands.
  • Guardrails for transparency, traceability, and compliance to ensure responsible and explainable use of AI.
