Sill Optics carries out all manufacturing processes (excluding glass materials) in Germany, including lens polishing, housing production, coating, assembly, and inspection. In addition, state-of-the-art processes such as alignment turning enable assembly with minimal deviation, and we can handle high-precision optical systems with centering of just a few μm, as well as a variety of custom products.

Laser Optics

  • We have a wide range of optical components for lasers such as fθ (Eftheta) lenses and telecentric fθ lenses for laser processing and welding, beam expanders, spherical and aspherical lenses.
  • We specialize in optics optimized for high output/high peak energy such as multi-kW class fiber lasers and picosecond/femtosecond lasers.
  • As a standard coat of Sill Optics, we also have various optics optimized for 266nm to 2μm.
